Lynda J. Oswald's research focuses on intellectual and real property law issues. Her works focus primarily on liability issues in contexts such as secondary infringement liability in patent law and the personal liability of corporate officers, as well as on property rights issues arising in the context of eminent domain and regulatory takings.
